Welcome to the Ohio Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Prevention and Promotion.
On behalf of the entire facilitation team, I am excited to say our (virtual) doors are now open and we are so glad you are here!
As a start-up organization, I am proud of the time, effort, and hard work that has occurred since we on-boarded the facilitation team in April and the Center’s Inaugural Partners in May. In just four months, we are close to finalizing the blueprints for a Center that will become the hub for behavioral health prevention and promotion in Ohio! We aspire to become the place where prevention professionals (at any stage of their careers), prevention allies, and those curious about prevention and promotion can connect, learn, grow, embrace prevention science, and advance health equity. While we have come a long way in the past four months, we know we have a long way to go and look forward to learning and growing with you.
